Not really. They blew some stuff up, ended the war, killed the big bad, changed the world forever, that sort of thing.

After reading through your influences, I can totally understand why I am so into this comic... There were only a couple that I didn't go; "I can see that" due to my lack of information on the subject...

That's for the huge post of info, Shawn! I shall try not to disappoint! I really think we are going to have fun with the setting and the game. We have all been wanting to do a Steampunk game and wanting a break for dnd 3.5, so it was very fortuitus that I discovered Clockworks months back and kept bugging you ;)

I am happy that the setting allows the flexibility for being both urban and rural. Which is something that my players have wanted after our last game of almost utter isolation in a destroyed Eberron.

I want to do sessions where the group is hunter monsters and add a X-Files kind of feeling, breeding frustration as the Department of Public Safety and Health pop up from time to time, either with a job for the group or to sieze findings and info from them.

Eventually, after they get a feel for the setting and Clorencia, I want to plunge the group out into the wilds of Vheld to larger dangers, political intrigue, etc. Hopefully my group will have a blast with all the pains I shall put them through :)
